Cancel & Refund Policy



Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation/refund is not possible due to unidentified precautions.
  • If a travel agency cancels a product booked/purchased on Trip-day.com, we may request a penalty or may not be able to cancel it as per the following regulations.
  • In case of cancellation due to natural disasters, no placebo will be processed and the regulations for each product will be observed in accordance with Thai law.
  • If you cancel or change, please register with the reservation number at Trip-Day.com.

Refund

  • E-tickets and reservation code products/date pre-order products cannot be canceled/refunded after ordering.
  • Physical receipt ticket products can be used within a set period from the date of purchase.
  • You can get a refund if you return the unused ticket before or within 7 days of receiving it.
  • Physical tickets cannot be reissued if you lose your ticket.

Changes

  • Changes are only applicable to physical tickets except E-Ticket/E Vouchers and are only applicable to non-overlapping attractions.
  • The schedule can be changed only for the possible schedule, and please refer to each product page for the possible period.

Hotel-Specific Policies

  • Trip-day.com is responsible for booking accommodation for each hotel and operates separately, so we ensure that we comply with the cancellation refund regulations specified by Trip-day.com.
  • Reservation fee: No refund regardless of the time of reservation.
  • Deposit:
    • If more than 30% of the total schedule is left: partial refund is possible
    • If less than 30% of the total schedule is left: No refund
  • Change and cancel:
    • After check-in: Reservation period change and reservation cancellation not allowed
    • Before check-in: Depending on the items, it may be partially possible (*refer to the hotel's change regulations)
